V.M.Ramalingam (Ram) is an NLP Master Practitioner and a certified and verified trainer of NLP affiliated to the Association of NLP (ANLP), India. He has been certified as a practitioner of hypnosis, a psychotherapist and a certified NLP Coach. He is also a member and professional associate of the Indian Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis, India. He has qualified in MBTI Step I and II from Otto Kroeger Associates, Virginia, USA and Association of Psychological Type (APT), USA respectively.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Being a personal growth lab facilitator and organizational development consultant, I conduct interventions for institution building using ‘appreciative inquiry’, organize and facilitate assessment centres, leadership development, team building and community building. Rice Institute (AKRI), USA and has become a member of AKRI. He is a member of International OD Association (IODA). He is an alumnus of Cape Cod Institute, USA and a student of Dr. Edgar Schein (OD, Process Consultation) and Dr. Margaret Wheatley (Systems theory).
