I like to see myself as a Body-Mind-Soul Biohacker. I counsel people and I help to heal their wounds. Physical, but mostly emotional.
I did not intend to do this but when it came to me, I knew it was my calling.
I am passionate about it.

I listen, look and reflect. I help you to activate your own healing powers.

My goal is to empower you to live the most authentic, healthy life possible. A life that feels in alignment with your deepest self. Nothing brings me more joy than to watch this happen.

I live and work with dedication, extraordinary intention and the spirit of liberation from the convention.
I intend to do just this and want to inspire others to do the same, creating a world of free-willed, sensible people to better our lives and the planet.

DESCRIPTION

Alexandra hosts Nature Adventure Retreats, where she loves to take a group of people to outstanding locations and/or to engage in nature activities like Trekking in Ladakh, Surfing in Sri Lanka, Bouldering in Hampi or Stand Up Paddle Board Excursions & SUP Yoga in Goa. Besides these active, fun-loving events her main passion is the immersion in Yin Yoga Therapy Trainings, Mindfulness Practices and Healing & Transformation Retreats and Workshops.

Daily stress impacts our body, mind and soul. Though we long to be at ease and enjoy every moment of life, we tend to `keep going’,  because we don’t know how else to `keep up.’

The Yin Yoga Therapy practice is designed to create space for just that, to rejuvenate the body, clear the mind, open up the heart and allow energetic healing to take place.


WHAT TO EXPECT

Yin Yoga creates an opportunity to release physical and emotional tension, free stagnant or blocked energy and cultivate a peaceful quality of mind.

We’ll put you on the path to acquire the knowledge, the practical experience and confidence to earn the certificate and share this wisdom
