Youth Elixir
Papaya and orange along with Organic neem and turmeric eliminate signs of ageing, reduce fine lines, prevents acne and lightens pigmentation, while amalaka helps in collagen production and keeps skin supple and elastic.
Ingredients
- Papaya- 2 cups ripe, chopped
- Honey- 1 tbsp
- Orange- 1 juiced.
- Ice – 4-5 cubes, crushed
- Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
- Mint- for garnish
Method:
Put papaya in blender with orange juice and ice till well blended to desired consistency. Stir in honey and lemon juice and contents of capsules. Serve chilled.
