Dark Chocolate has been shown to increase levels of serotonin, which may help reduce stress & anxiety. Turmeric contains curcumin and has been widely researched for its role in brain health and anxiety reduction. In one study it was found that anxious individuals who consumed probiotic yogurt daily were better able to cope with stress than those who consumed yogurt without probiotics. Ashwagandha is effective in restoring energy and in stress reduction.
Put all ingredients in a blender. Add crushed ice till you get to desired consistency. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
