Oil Free Channa Patties

Ingredients
  • Cooked chickpeas, drained- 1
  • Steamed potato- 1
  • Small onion (finely chopped)- 1
  • Spring onion with greens,(finely chopped) chopped-1
  • Coloured bell-peppers (finely chopped)- ½ cup
  • Garlic clove- 1
  • Green chilli, finely chopped- 1
  • Garam masala-  ½ tsp
  • Jeera powder-  ½ tsp
  • Tahini-1 tbsp
  • Roasted peanuts, coarsely ground- 1 tbsp
  • Handful coriander leaves, chopped
  • Sea salt-  ½ tsp

  • Protein – 11.2 gram

Method:
  1. Boil the chickpeas.
  2. Heat half of the oil in a large saucepan.
  3. Add the onion and spring onions and saute for 5 minutes until softened and translucent.
  4. Add the garlic and chilli and stir for one minute. Now add in the bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the chickpeas, potato, tahini, coriander, salt and water and stir together.
