Kuttu Ka Dosa

Ingredients
  • Buckwheat flour (kuttu) – 5 tbsp
  • Steamed colocasia (arbi) – 1 small
  • Salt – Swad Anusar
  • Green chillies (chopped) – 1 tsp
  • Oil – To grease

Method:
  1. In a bowl, mash the arbi and mix it with the flour and salt.
  2. Add water and mix it well to a batter consistency. Add in all the spices and mix again.
  3. Heat the cast iron pan, grease it with little oil and pour a ladle of the batter and spread it.
  4. Cook for a few minutes until the base starts turning golden brown and leaves the pan.
  5. Flip it over and cook on other side as well.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney
