Kasundi Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  • Kasundi mustard  10g
  • White wine vinegar  10g
  • Shallots  5g
  • Cold pressed Sunflower oil  21g
  • Honey  10g   
Method:
  1.  Slice shallots in chunks, and soak them in white wine vinegar for 12 hours
  2.  Strain the liquid & then blend otheringredients.
  3.  In a bowl, add the shallots, kasundi mustard, honey and sunflower oil.
  4.  Blend together to reach a salad vinaigrette consistency.
