			Ingredients
				
- Kasundi mustard  10g
 
- White wine vinegar  10g
 
- Shallots  5g
 
- Cold pressed Sunflower oil  21g
 
- Honey  10g    
 
	         
            
			
		
			        
		
			       
		 
				
			Method:
-  Slice shallots in chunks, and soak them in white wine vinegar for 12 hours
 
-  Strain the liquid & then blend otheringredients.
 
-  In a bowl, add the shallots, kasundi mustard, honey and sunflower oil.
 
-  Blend together to reach a salad vinaigrette consistency.
