Ingredients
  • Beetroot- 1 medium
  •  Carrots- 3 medium
  •  Orange- 1 medium
  •  Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
  •  Ginger- 1/2”
Method:

Skin, clean, chop and juice all the vegetables and combine. Stir in the ashwagandha powder. Tastes best chilled.
