Ingredients
  • Blade lemon grass- 1-2
  • Grated fresh ginger- 1 tsp
  • Grated lime zest- 1 tsp
  • Lime juice- 1 tsp
  • leaves of fresh mint-1 tbsp
  • jaggery syrup- 1 tsp

Method:
  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot; stir in lemon grass, ginger, lime zest, and mint. Cook
  2. and stir until flavours are infused then add the jaggery syrup.
  3. Stir for about 2 minutes
  4. and switch off the flame, then add lemon juice and serve warm.
