Charcoal Hummus

Ingredients
  • Activated Charcoal 10g
  • Boiled Chickpeas  80g
  • Tahini 15g
  • Garlic 8g
  • Lime juice 2ml
  • Extra virgin Olive oil 30ml
  • Water 80ml
  • Lemon Juice  2ml
Method:
  1.  Soak chickpeas overnight.
  2.  Pressure Cook Chickpeas with salt and water.
  3.  Blend chickpeas with garlic, tahini, olive oil, activated charcoal, salt and water.
  4.  Finish the hummus with lemon juice and olive oil on top.

 

Storage Time:

  1. In Fridge: 3  4 days
  2. In Freezer: 3 weeks
