			Ingredients
				
- Activated Charcoal 10g
 
- Boiled Chickpeas  80g
 
- Tahini 15g
 
- Garlic 8g
 
- Lime juice 2ml
 
- Extra virgin Olive oil 30ml
 
- Water 80ml
 
- Lemon Juice  2ml
 
	         
            
			
		
			        
		
			       
		 
				
			Method:
-  Soak chickpeas overnight.
 
-  Pressure Cook Chickpeas with salt and water.
 
-  Blend chickpeas with garlic, tahini, olive oil, activated charcoal, salt and water.
 
-  Finish the hummus with lemon juice and olive oil on top.
 
 
Storage Time:
- In Fridge: 3  4 days
 
- In Freezer: 3 weeks
