Buddha Bowl

Ingredients
  • 30 Gms – Corn Kernel
  • 100 Gms – Quinoa
  • 30 Gms – Oyster  Mushroom
  • 30 Gms – Carrot
  • 30 Gms – Baby Spinach
  • 30 Gms – Black Fungus
  • 20 Gms – Avacado
  • 50 Gms – Tofu Silken
  • 20 Gms – Baby Corn
  • 90 Ml – Drunken Sauce (Recipe is given below)

Drunken Sauce Recipe:

Ingredients for Drunken Sauce:

  • 2 Spoon – Olive Oil
  • 1 Spoon – Sesame Oil
  • 2 Spoon – Vinegar White
  • 1 Spoon – Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Spoon – Tamari Soy (Gluten-free)
  • 1 Spoon – Ginger (Finely chopped)
  • 1 Spoon – Garlic  (Finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Spoon – Fresh Red Chilli (Finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Spoon – Sugar
  • 1/2 Spoon – Salt
  • 1/2 Spoon – Black Pepper
  • 1 Spoon – Honey

Steps for Drunken Sauce:
1. In a mixing bowl using a whisk mix all the ingredients well.
2. Keep in the refrigerator and use as desired.

Steps

1. Take a pot of water and boil it, once the water starts boiling blanch corn, oyster mushroom, carrot, baby spinach, black fungus and baby corn.
2. Soak the quinoa for 45 minutes and then boil it, once cook keep it aside.
3. Cut cubes of avocado and tofu.
4. Start arranging all the ingredients as shown in the picture.
5. Drizzle the drunken sauce dressing and mix it well.
6. Your Buddha bowl is ready to eat.
