Another interesting and wonderful variation of traditional hummus.
Ingredients
Black Garbanzo beans, boiled- 5 cups
Organic Olive Oil- 2 cups
Tahini- 1/2 cup
Black Sesame seeds- 1 cup
Garlic- 3 tsp
Lemon Juice- 3 tbsp
Water- 1 cup
Salt- to taste
Paprika or sesame seeds for garnish
Method:
Put all ingredients except Tahini in a blender with 1 cup oil. Once it’s all a big lump add in tahini and remaining 1 cup oil and pulse till it reaches the right texture.
Garnish and serve with Gluten free crackers for an ultimately healthy treat
