Baked Stuffed Tomato With Soy & Tofu

Ingredients
  • 4 medium size Tomato, cored
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 cup Soy Kheema, blanched
  • 1 cup tofu Crumbled
  • ½ cup Green Peas, cooked
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Green Chili chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 1 tbsp fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped
Dressing:
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Chaat masala
Method:
  1. For the salad mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. For the dressing combine all the ingredients and whisk it together to form an emulsion.
  3. Now pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
  4. Garnish with more chopped parsley and serve.
