			Ingredients
				
- 4 medium size Tomato, cored
 
- 2 tsp Oil
 
- 1 cup Soy Kheema, blanched
 
- 1 cup tofu Crumbled
 
- ½ cup Green Peas, cooked
 
- 1 medium Onion chopped
 
- 1 tsp Green Chili chopped
 
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 
- 1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
 
- 1 tbsp fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped
 
	         
            
						
            Dressing:
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
- Salt
 
- 1 ½ tsp Red chilli powder
 
- ½ tsp Chaat masala
 
			  
			
		
			        
		
			       
		 
				
			Method:
- For the salad mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
 
- For the dressing combine all the ingredients and whisk it together to form an emulsion.
 
- Now pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
