How do I Use Bath Salts-

Well, Bath salts are very simple to use, can be used in a Variety of ways:

 

Bath Tubs: Add 2-4 cups of salt to a warm running bath and, once dissolved, relax for approximately 20 minutes. Rinse or shower after with fresh water if you wish. Frequency – once per week.

 

Foot / Hand Soak: Use a wide mouth bowl / portable tub and fill with warm water. Use approximately ½ cup per 5 – 7 litres. Ensure the salt has dissolved and then submerge the hands or feet for approximately 20 minutes. Rinse after with fresh water.

Frequency – once per week.
