			Ingredients
				 
-  Banana  3 pcs
 
-  Cashew cream  120g
 
-  Coconut sugar  30g
 
-  Vanilla essence  2 drops
 
	         
            
			
		
			        
		
			       
		 
				
			Method:
 
-  Slice bananas roughly and caramelize them in a pan with coconut sugar.
 
-  Once cooled blend the banana’s along with the cashew cream and vanilla essence.
 
-  Once blended, transfer to a piping bag and chill.
 
 
Storage Time:
- In Fridge: 3 days
 
- In Freezer: 20 days
